AVISTON - American Veterans in Service to Our Nation
. American veterans have centuries of honorable, valuable, and indispensable service to their nation both in military service and in post military civilian service.
. AVISTON stands for American Veterans In Service To Our Nation. But AVISTON also recruits and works with nonveterans partners from all areas of the community to assist in achieving its many goals.
. ONE CRUCIAL AND GOAL OF AVISTON IS TO ENLIST HOMELESS VETERANS IN CONTINUED SERVICE TO THE NATION BY EMPLOYING THEM IN CONTINUING SERVICE TO THE NATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN AVISTON'S NONPROFIT CHARITABLE PROGRAMS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE. Aong with other veterans and community partners AVISTON community service workers are posed to be a formidable force for good in the community through is charitable activities.
. AVISTON is currently working on fundraising for its shelter and feeding program designed to assit homeless veteran and other homeless individuals within communities.
. AVISTON's immediate goal is to maintain and build the shelters and feeding programs.to assist those homeless veterans and nonveteran individuals and families.
. AVISTON'S long term goal is to spread its homeless and shelter program nationwide to all 50 states and territories of the USA to achieve a goal of totally eliminating a lack of assistance for homeless veterans in need of immediate shelter and food.
. In time, and given resources, AVISTON hopes to extend such a program into the wider communities to nonveterans as well.
. AVISTON encourages all who supports its goals, missions, visions, and programs to donate to its charitable activities as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit charitable corporation.
